Do you clean vacant homes?
Yes. Vacant homes are common for pre-listing work and are often faster since there's no furniture to work around. We just need access arrangements — a lockbox code or key works fine.
Is this different from a deep clean?
There's overlap, but the priorities differ. A pre-listing clean concentrates on what shows up in photos and first impressions — glass, kitchens, baths, and floors. If the home has heavy buildup or has sat unused, a full deep clean may be the better starting point, and we'll say so during the quote.
Do you work directly with real estate agents?
