Is recurring cleaning cheaper than a one-time clean?
Yes. Each recurring visit is priced lower than a one-time or deep clean, because a regularly maintained home takes less time to clean than one being reset from scratch. Weekly visits have the lowest per-visit price, followed by bi-weekly, then monthly.
Am I locked into a contract?
Never. There are no contracts and no obligation. You can reschedule, pause, skip, or cancel any visit — just let us know. We earn your recurring business every visit rather than locking you in.
Will I have the same cleaners each visit?
That's the goal. We keep the same team on your home whenever possible so they learn your space and your preferences, which makes every visit faster and more consistent.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

Can pets be home during a cleaning?
Yes, we love all kinds of pets! If your pet is aggressive in any way, we do recommend leaving them outside or in a gated area for the safety of our cleaners. If you're not home when we arrive, please let us know how you'd like us to handle cleaning around your pet.
What if something's damaged during a clean?
We treat every home with the strictest care and respect. In the rare event something breaks while we're cleaning, we do our best to repair or replace it. Our team is fully insured — with up to $1 million in protection — so any appropriate claims are covered.
