Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on our website and any figures provided before an in-person or detailed assessment are estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on the actual size, condition, and scope of the work. We will confirm pricing with you before completing service.
Scheduling, cancellations, and access
- We ask that you provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible; late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment

Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right, which may include returning to re-clean the affected area.

We treat your home and belongings with care and carry insurance for added peace of mind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maid With Precision is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are not disclosed as fragile or valuable. Please secure or point out any especially delicate, irreplaceable, or high-value items in advance. Any specific liability terms in a signed service agreement take precedence over this summary.
